Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, with original packaging and tags intact. Defective products may be returned for exchange or refund within the warranty period.
How to Return
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our shop with your order number
2. We'll provide return authorization and instructions
3. Drop off at our shop or arrange a pickup
4. Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Details
Refunds are issued via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or to your original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll deliver the new item as soon as we receive the original.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Items without original packaging or tags may also be ineligible for return.
